Project manager for customized eCommerce solutions
As a Project Manager, your primary mission is to ensure our customers receive the best possible eCommerce solutions for their needs. Your day will vary based on customer demands, including constant dialog and interaction with your team and clients. You will excel at planning projects, managing requirements, and governing timeline, scope, and budget. You will guide projects from contract signing to delivering and supporting a complete solution that leaves our customers impressed.
Your responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs while managing their budget.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and project resources while adhering to budget and timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that meet their expectations and keeping developers and consultants engaged and focused.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
The team
Developing and delivering a solution like ours calls for a great team. For this reason, you will work in close cooperation with our skilled solution architects, integration engineers, and developers.
You will be part of a project delivery team within our Professional Services department, where day-to-day work depends on our customers’ needs and requests. We often conduct projects in cooperation with our partners or with sub-vendors.
As Project Manager, you act as a link between customers and our solutions, so excellent people skills and relationship skills are musts! You will have to navigate multiple projects with ease while overseeing communication throughout the process.
Experience
You’re responsible for managing risks and dependencies in projects while monitoring costs, timelines, and resources, and you will be expected to act where there are deviations from agreed budget. A history of driving IT implementation projects, initiative, and independent problem-solving skills will be considered an advantage.
